New Account Plans feature

Is it me? Or, does it not work as is. If you set the default account plan to a specific one on the account plans screen, and, create a virtual server, you will notice the quotas et al are NOT set to the account plan settings UNLESS you change the plan and change it back.

Anyone else have that behavior?
