What is the different of Virtualmin Pro and Free ?

I want to have a trial of Virtualmin on my first server, then decide whether to buy or not. What is the different of Pro and Free version ? Is there some limitation of free version? Thanks for answering.

The differences between the Pro and GPL version are covered in this chart: http://www.virtualmin.com/compare.html

There are a few other differences, but that's the highlight. It's pretty safe to say that if you like (or don't like) Virtualmin GPL, you will also like (or not like) Virtualmin Professional, and you'll like it a little more, since it has a few more features. One of the big features is easy one-click installation of 80+ different web applications (blogs, forums, wikis, etc.). But, from a pure usability and getting things done perspective, you'll know from using Virtualmin GPL whether it fits your way of thinking.

We will begin offering free trials of Virtualmin Professional within the next couple of releases, but it requires some enhancements to our license management tools, and a better shopping cart than the current one. Our new website launching within a day or two provides some of that, and Jamie is working on the stuff on the Virtualmin side.

I am using virtualmin gpl and i am wondering why i cannot config quotas in "account plan" section:no matter what i type in the field,it displays 0 bytes.

And another question is do you have a chinese pack(zh-cn) for virtualmin gpl?

Are quotas enabled on the system?

All translations are included in the standard distribution; there are no language packs. The Chinese translation for the text in Virtualmin itself is pretty close to complete. The help files and ancillary modules are not as complete. Just switch to Chinese in the Webmin Configuration module. (What isn't translated will show up in English.)

We always welcome help with translations.
