I would recommend to uninstall the webmin and install the Virtualmin from the install.sh script. It can be downloaded from here: http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/scripts/install.sh
just run ./iinstall.sh chmod +x, if it won't start.

Using this script http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/scripts/install.sh So something is wrong with that script.

Hrm, my best guess is that there may have been a problem with the apt repository recently, that's since been corrected.
There's lots of meta-data that needs to be setup everytime a new release gets pushed out, and if something in all that were somehow corrupted, that could potentially cause what you're seeing.
I'm glad it's working now -- just yell if you run into further issues!

What I just did to make it work is:
NOTE I've put an extra space in http because input filters convert URL into links (grr).
Add to /etc/apt/sources.list:
Then
Then run install.
Because as tried to debug the install script it was adding a line like this:
With both "virtualmin-lenny" AND "virtualmin-universal" which I guess was causing the problem because they are on the same line. Correct me if I'm wrong, but install fires well after this.
