Cloudmin tab not showing up

We installed cloudmin on a virtualmin install on 2 separate servers running the same debian7 settings. On one server the Tab cloudmin shows up on the other not. The only difference was that one server had from beginning no virtualservers set up while the other one had already several virtual servers.

How can we get the cloudmin working!

Howdy,

Can you attach the Cloudmin install log from the system where you're not seeing the Cloudmin tab?
