Home page of the website not working when apache mod_php handler is enabled

Hi,

In virtualmin, if I go to the settings for domain => server config => website options, to update the PHP settings. If I select mod_php, the PHP code will work within htm/html files. But the homepage won't work, It shows the error "Not Found

The requested URL /fcgi-bin/php5-fcgi/index.php was not found on this server."

If I select CGI Wrapper, the homepage will work but PHP code won't work within htm/html files.

Can you please help me so that need the homepage to work + PHP to work within htm/html files.
