UPDATE: Yeah well..- I'm a idiot. I created two servers, one ending on .dk and another one on .net - and I edited the wrong one. Only took me 8 hours or so to discover. However, I would still like to know if Apply Change affects all the servers or only the one selected from the dropdown.
Hi. I recently started as a trainee at a hosting company. I'm working on a Virtual Server. I made som changes (FcgidMaxRequestLen problem with Wordpress). Now I need to update Apache in order to make the changes work. If I hit the "Apply Changes" in the upper right corner, will it then restart the Virtual Server I'm editing (as shown in the dropdown menu), or all the servers?
The company is hosting a lot of users, and some of them might be quite unhappy, if I restart/shut down their servers. The one I'm editing, is my "playground" server/domain.

Actually, make that TWO questions:
It says that changes will only apply when restarted, but the changes is shown in the admin panel. The fact that it is shown, doesn't mean that the changes has been made on the server, right?

I'm glad to hear you got it working!
To answer your question above -- the "Apply Changes" essentially restarts Apache.
The changes are saved immediately when clicking "Save".
Choosing "Apply Changes" makes them active within Apache by restarting the service.
In that regard, the restart would effect all domains, not just the current one.
