Howdy -- the Apache logs that Virtualmin sets up are in /var/log/virtualmin/ by default.
The actual Webmin logs are in /var/webmin/.

Yes, the Webmin log files are /var/webmin/miniserv.log (a regular Apache-format log file), and /var/webmin/webmin.log (logs for actions taken in Webmin).
