quotas bar graph - Virtualmin Frame Theme - no work-ee

These are the graphs that appear by clicking the "System Information" link in the left frame

The memory and disk space ones that appear below the "System Information" work fine.

Just the quota ones.

I have been setting up new domains and one only has less than one mb of pages... but another has over 300MB so it should be easy to see differences by quick glance.

The red part of the bar does not advance towards the right for these.

This does no matter what user is logged in... what I mean by this is... I was logged in as the top-level for the whole server/all domains or root. So it shows all domains on the page...

then I decided to use the sign-in as admin's user link to check for just one domain and it does not work there too.

this is a great theme.

ALSO... is there anyway to make it to where when I do a "right-click" and choose "Open in new window" that the whole framed page opens? Right now just the page that is supposed to appear in the right frame opens in the new window.
