Go to this screen in Virtualmin, click on "Features to check" to bring up the help text, and, error comes up:
Failed to read help file /usr/libexec/webmin/virtual-server/help/newvalidate_feats.html
The same happens for "Servers to check".
Finally, the HELP link on top does the same as well.
