In consequence of my running the script at "Re-Check Config" I get this output:

All commands needed to create and restore backups are installed.
Resource limits are supported and configured correctly.
The selected package management and update systems are installed OK.
The feature BIND DNS domain cannot be disabled, as it is used by the following virtual servers : choked.ca
.. your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin.

I don't know ehere to go from here.

I assume you are not using virtualmin for DNS hosting, but it looks like if is enabled for one of your domains.
The fix is as follows:
1) Go to System Settings -> Features and Plugins, and enable the BIND DNS feature.
2) Go to that domain, click on Edit Virtual Server and disable the DNS feature, then click Save.
3) Go back to Features and Plugins and disable the DNS feature again.
