Hello,
We had an issue when trying to move a VM between two KVM hosts after having cloned the original. Each time we tried, we had a no-go after md5sum check. Cloudmin started the move, and at the end did not complete it, claiming that md5 sums did not match.
We tried with a 35Gb VM and a 15Gb VM. Previously we tried with 2GB VMs with no problem.
What could lead to that problem ? Data corruption during data transfer ? Error when calculating sums ? What do we need to check ?
We tried different SSH options in Cloudmin (with or without compression, different compression protocols...), but with no success.
At the end, we created an image from the cloned VM and re-created another VM on the other host. That worked.
Thanks for your help.

There is actually a bug in Cloudmin 5.0 that I recently discovered that can cause this false checksum error in certain limited cases. A fix will be in Cloudmin 5.1, but if you want to get it sooner please let us know and we can send you a pre-release version ..
