The following script installers would make nice additions to the "Helpdesk" category. They are all GPL, using Perl and MySQL, so they should not be too much trouble to implement.

Also, I would suggest moving the existing FAQMasterFlex script installer under the Helpdesk category. It goes hand-in-hand with the other helpdesk scripts as a knowledgebase.
