This is not a problem, the server is ok.

At a recheck configuration:

Your system is a VM with at most 2 GB of memory, but a guaranteed limit of only 34359738368 TB.

I wondered if you had an idea why this?

That's a bug in the detection of max guaranteed memory in OpenVZ .. I will fix this in the next Virtualmin release. That message is actually harmless..
