Hi - I've been set up to receive a discount on purchases. I went out today to buy a renewal for a software license. The page for the purchase indicated I would receive the reseller discount and be billed 52 dollars instead of 65. But the bill to Paypal still charged for $65, and that's what I ended up paying -- so there's still something wrong there. Order 5797

Apologies for the inconvenience. I'm looking into it, and will refund the price difference.
Refund has been issued. I'm gonna leave this ticket open, until I figure out why discounts aren't always working.

Got the refund -- thanks. I was kind of surprised, since it all looked good til I got to Paypal.
