Cloudmin UI shows "Detailed status error Failed to connect to" for a guest system despite it is healthy

Cloudmin can see the system, it is pingable and connectable with SSH. Nevertheless we restarted and fully refreshed it this "Failed to connect to" error message doesn't want to go away:

Last status SSH (Last changed at 16/Sep/2014 13:20)
Detailed status error Failed to connect to host.domain.com : Failed to connect to xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:10000 : Connection refused

Second thought: while reporting this issue I've realized this system had been re-imaged from CentOS-based system with Virtualmin to Ubuntu without Virtualmin. Nevertheless, this fact doesn't cancel the error report - Cloudmin UI should be clean of this kind of bugs.

That error usually indicates that Cloudmin thinks Webmin is running on the system (as it has an /etc/webmin directory), but cannot connect. Is Webmin actually installed?

The error somehow is gone today, so let's mark this as closed until I see it again to describe how to replicate it.
