With the new theme install and I login as a user the " Edit Mail Aliases " is not showing.
If I login as root I see it.. I also notice if I change to the Virutalmin and back to usermin then the "Edit Mail Aliases" will even disappear.
But if you can point me to the place that explains how I can control when the domain user sees vs. the root user. Thanks Don

This can be controlled by logging in as root, selecting the domain from the left menu, and going to Administration Options -> Edit Owner Limits.
