I have move one of my licences to a new server, changed he old one to GPL and I am now told I am using the licence on 3 servers. I am not!
Can this be fixed.

Howdy -- thanks for letting us know!
That message will go away on it's own though, after a few days. Once the servers that previously had Pro installed time out from the license database, it'll correctly show just the one there.
So that's safe to ignore, and only the root user can see it.
If after a few days you're still seeing that message, let us know and we can look deeper into that.
