virtualmin and apache 2.4 virtualhost

Hello I have an error with virtualhost generate by virtualmin my template set <VirtualHost *:80> , but with apache 2.4 on debian 8 it's seem not working. If i change for <VirtualHost myIpAdress:80> it's working !!!! Any idea why ?

Because that is the correct entry in your *.conf file.

thanks there is a way in virtualmin to tell template to write the ip adresse and not the wilcard ? thank you
