I want to create a VPS with an Asterisk distro that requires a minimal CentOS install and it uses Lighttpd for the web server along with PHP and MySQL. I want to manage it with my Cloudmin and create my own Xen distro with it. To use Cloudmin I need to have Webmin installed and I am wondering what it will do to this installation as far as the web server? Does it need Apache or will it install with Lighttpd running?

Cloudmin is built on top of Webmin, which has its own built-in webserver. So it doesn't require Apache at all, and doesn't conflict with Lighttpd.
