Creating a new email user fails

Hi,

We are having a problem when trying to create a new user:

ldap-useradmin::create_user failed : Undefined subroutine &ldap_useradmin::uniquelc called at /usr/share/webmin/ldap-useradmin/ldap-useradmin-lib.pl line 210

It appears to be a missing routine, however we didn't do anything in the server. The server was working fine and start doing this from nowere. :(

It's running a Debian 6 with an LDAP service in the same server
