Offering personal Virtualmin / Server / Virtualization support

Greetings!

Let me start by saying that I certainly like and enjoy offering help for free on the Virtualmin forums!

Often times though, the complexity of the issues that are presented is such that trying to solve them via what I like to call "remote-guessing" on the forums requires too much time and effort, for both parties.

Therefore, to streamline the problem solving process for the both of us, I'd like to extend the offer to you that, for a reasonable fee, I can provide personal support for your Virtualmin/Linux server related issues.

Personal support means that we communicate directly via an instant messenger, or voice chat (German or English), and I work directly on your system, either by logging in to your Virtualmin and SSH, or we share your screen via Teamviewer.

I have (in addition to of course Virtualmin) 8 years of experience with web hosting software primarily on Ubuntu Linux, also on Debian, CentOS and Windows, and with VMware ESXi / Workstation virtualization. My fee is 31 EUR (or 41$) per hour (tax might get added, depending on your residence). Don't worry about "bad surprises"; before I start any work that possibly takes multiple hours, we'll of course agree on that.

If you'd like to hire me, feel free to contact me on the following instant messenger services (authorization request needed where available):

  • Loc2262 on Skype
  • loc2262 on Trillian Astra
  • 15325926 on ICQ
  • frank@tianet.de on Jabber/XMPP
  • Locu2262 on AIM

Looking forward to hearing from you and solving your server problems! :)

Someone named "Christopher" contacted me on Skype... I'm not sure if the contact exchange went okay. I sent messages several times, but am getting no answer, although Skype shows the user as online. The username that contacted me cannot be found in the Skype directory.

So, "Christopher", please contact me again!
