Read-only mode for site migration (for real this time)

Howdy all,

I'm finally flipping the switch on our site migration to Drupal 7. This site will be put into read only mode for the next two or three hours, while I update the data on the new server, among other things.

software.virtualmin.com will not go off-line during this time.
