Setting up Vmin after install

Hi Joe & people,

Well, actually have got Vmin on thanks to Joe's direct action... (What was missing/wrong, Joe? Handy for the new Newby Guide :-))

WE HAVE LIFTOFF!! :-)

I have just installed PHBB - never could get it or any other script up - STILL don't know if I did something different or starting again with a clean machine did it............
