Post-install script not changing mysql config

Hello,

Using ubuntu 16.04 cloud image when i'm going through post-installation page, system doesn't pay attention to selected mysql server size and leaves mysql config without changes.

I've tested this on ubuntu 16.04 and debian 8 and bug occurs only on ubuntu. I'm attaching webmin.debug from 'select mysql size' step.

Hi,

Can someone from virtualmin team look into this?

It's quite urgent bug because it's "silent"(users don't see, that mysql settings isn't really updated)

Out of curiosity, if you go into System Settings -> Re-Run Install Wizard, does the config get updated at that point? Or do you continue to see the same problem?

Ok, I see the cause of this - the mysqld.cnf file has moved between Ubuntu 14 and 16.

The quick fix is to edit /etc/webmin/mysql/config and correct the my_cnf= line. A proper fix will be in the next Webmin release.
