Restricting domain owner MySQL database names

I'd like to maintain the domain prefix in newly created MySQL databases that users create.

Apparently though, when I set the option under "Edit owner limits" to enable database management and the option "Can choose database names" to "no", the option of "Edit Databases" no longer shows on the virtual domain owners menu. When I set the "Can choose database names" to yes, this option becomes available.

Any suggestions?
