FTP not working after upgrade [SOLVED]

Hi, I am running virtualmin 6.04 (webmin 1.900) on Ubuntu 16.04.4. I ran "apt-get dist-upgrade" and when proFTPD was upgraded I confirmed the default option "Standalone" Now FTP connections through Filezilla are rejected with the following error: The data connection could not be established: EHOSTUNREACH - No route to host

I can still open an FTP connection using the ftp console but not with FileZilla or Caja.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue? Thanks
