...version of ClamAV is not compatible...

I am running on Ubuntu 18.04.1 and in the past, I have used the ClamAV module in WebMin to manage ClamAV and search through the quarantined messages. When I tried to look at the ClamAV module today I was rewarded with this message:

WARNING: Your version of ClamAV is not compatible with this module. Please check that you have installed a recent enough version of ClamAV.

The Homepage and ClamAV links (just below the title) take me to the home pages of the module and ClamAV, respectively. The Download link takes me to a page where I may download a version of the ClamAV webmin module from 2015.

I am having difficulty understanding how the latest ClamAV provided by the Ubuntu repos cannot be "new" or "current" enough for a four year old WebMin module. Was wbmclamav designed to see into the future? Does it secretly update itself with information about the latest ClamAV from the internet? Is there anything I can do to get it working again? Preferably something that doesn't require me to bypass the Ubuntu package management system to download ClamAV source, build and install it myself because that is ALWAYS a recipe for problems.

For reference: /usr/bin/clamd is dated Oct 10, 2018 and reports version 0.11.2/25378 /etc/issue shows Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS and finally, "sudo apt update" then "sudo apt upgrade" reports there are no modules available for upgrade.
