RPM Upgrade problem

then i trying tu update Virtualmin to Pro version i get an error: [color=#008000]Failed to upgrade to Virtualmin Pro : Virtualmin has been installed from an RPM, but not using the Virtualmin GPL repository. Upgrading is not possible at this time.[/color]

how can i upgrade by RPM

and what is this RPM
