Upgrade Fedora8 w/ System Users to CentOS5 w/ LDAP

I have an existing VMin Pro install with 40 domains on a Fedora 8 box and standard System Users. I am going to upgrade the drives, so I thought I would backup the domains and restore on a new CentOS 5 install. My question is: Will VMin recognize that the backup didn't come from LDAP and be able to restore into an LDAP environment
